These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Magnificent & Queens website, including any purchases, services, features, content, and communications provided through the website.

The website and online store are operated by MagnificentQueens LLC, doing business as Magnificent & Queens.

Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MagnificentQueens LLC. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, or person who uses the website or purchases our products or services.

By visiting our website, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge our:

Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You have reached the legal age required to enter into a binding agreement in your country or region; or

  • You are using the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian; and

You may not use our products, services, or website for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

Account Information

You may be able to create a customer account or complete a purchase as a guest.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account and order information

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password

  • Restricting access to your account and devices

  • Promptly updating inaccurate or outdated information

  • Notifying us of suspected unauthorized access

We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, abuse, chargeback manipulation, or violation of these Terms.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, materials, dimensions, colors, finishes, photographs, and other information accurately.

However:

  • Colors may appear differently depending on the customer’s screen, lighting, and device settings

  • Measurements may vary slightly due to the measuring method

  • Natural pearls, gemstones, shells, stones, and other natural materials may have variations in color, shape, pattern, texture, and size

  • Plated finishes may appear slightly different under different lighting conditions

  • Packaging may occasionally be updated without materially changing the purchased product

These reasonable variations are not necessarily defects.

Jewelry Care and Wear

Jewelry may experience ordinary wear over time.

Customers should follow the care instructions provided on the website or with the product, including avoiding unnecessary contact with:

  • Water

  • Perfume

  • Cosmetics

  • Cleaning chemicals

  • Chlorine

  • Salt water

  • Excessive moisture

  • Hard surfaces

  • Prolonged friction

Plated finishes and delicate jewelry components may naturally change through regular use. Normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Manufacturing and craftsmanship issues may be covered by our 12-Month Limited Warranty.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We may:

  • Limit the quantities available for purchase

  • Limit sales to particular countries, regions, customers, or orders

  • Discontinue a product without prior notice

  • Cancel an order where inventory is unavailable

  • Replace or update product packaging where appropriate

Adding an item to a shopping cart does not reserve the item.

If a purchased product becomes unavailable, we may contact you to offer an alternative, store credit, partial fulfillment, or a refund for the unavailable item.

Prices and Currency

Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on the website.

Prices may change without prior notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid unless there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

The final amount charged may be affected by:

  • The selected currency

  • Currency-conversion rates

  • Payment-provider conversion fees

  • Shipping charges

  • Applicable taxes

  • Customs duties

  • Import charges

  • Bank or card-issuer fees

Unless expressly stated at checkout, international customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local handling charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products or services.

An order-confirmation email confirms that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or shipped.

We may decline, hold, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • Payment cannot be authorized

  • Information is incomplete or inaccurate

  • Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected

  • Inventory is unavailable

  • A product price or description contains an obvious error

  • The order violates purchase limits

  • Delivery to the supplied address is unavailable

  • The order violates applicable law or these Terms

If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method for the cancelled amount.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders enter processing shortly after payment is confirmed.

To request a cancellation or change, contact support@magnificentqueens.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation or modification after:

  • Order preparation has begun

  • Customization has started

  • Packaging has been prepared

  • An ASMR packing video has been recorded

  • A shipping label has been created

  • The parcel has been transferred to the carrier

Orders that have already shipped are handled under our 30-Day Return & Refund Policy.

Payments

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include card payments, digital wallets, PayPal, Shop Pay, installment services, or other third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method

  • The billing information is accurate

  • Sufficient funds or credit are available

  • The transaction is not fraudulent or unauthorized

Payment providers may perform identity, fraud, address, or transaction checks.

We are not responsible for delays, declines, currency-conversion charges, account restrictions, or other actions independently imposed by a bank, card issuer, payment provider, or installment provider.

Installment arrangements are agreements between the customer and the applicable installment provider. Eligibility, payment schedules, interest, late fees, and credit decisions are determined by that provider.

Shipping and Delivery

Processing times, estimated delivery periods, tracking information, customs responsibilities, and undeliverable-package rules are described in our Shipping Policy.

Most standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and estimated shipping transit time is generally 7–12 business days after shipment.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

MagnificentQueens LLC may use international fulfillment and logistics partners. Orders may be dispatched from locations outside the United States depending on product availability and destination.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Eligible products may be returned in accordance with our 30-Day Return & Refund Policy.

A return must normally be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Unless the return results from a confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed item:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping

  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable

  • Customs duties and third-party fees are generally non-refundable

  • Returned products must meet the stated eligibility conditions

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers should inspect their orders promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact support@magnificentqueens.com as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery.

We may request:

  • The order number

  • Product photographs

  • Packaging photographs

  • A description of the issue

  • An unboxing video, where available

Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate solution may include repair, replacement, partial refund, full refund, or store credit.

Queen’s Picks and Mystery Products

Queen’s Picks, mystery products, surprise selections, and similar products contain an element of random or curated selection.

By ordering such a product, you acknowledge that:

  • The exact products, colors, styles, or combinations may not be disclosed before shipment

  • Product selections may differ between customers and orders

  • Product images may illustrate examples rather than guarantee exact contents

  • Personal preference alone does not make the order defective or incorrect

Unless otherwise required by law, Queen’s Picks and mystery products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange because the customer dislikes the particular selection.

This restriction does not apply where an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or materially inconsistent with the published product description.

Earrings and Hygiene-Sensitive Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings that have been opened, tried on, or worn may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise protected by applicable law.

Customers should inspect earrings before wearing them.

Customized and Personalized Products

Personalized, engraved, altered, made-to-order, or customized products are generally final sale once production has begun.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted names, wording, measurements, colors, styles, and customization instructions before placing an order.

We are not responsible for errors contained in customer-submitted customization information.

If we make an error that differs from the confirmed customization request, contact support@magnificentqueens.com.

ASMR Packing Videos and Digital Services

Some orders may include an ASMR packing video, customized packing experience, digital recording, or related service.

By purchasing or requesting such a service, you acknowledge that:

  • Recording may begin before the physical order ships

  • Cancellation may no longer be possible once recording or customized preparation begins

  • Completed digital services are generally non-returnable

  • Reasonable creative and presentation differences may occur

  • Personal information such as full addresses, payment details, and private contact details will not intentionally be shown publicly

Where a video is intended for public posting, we may use an order number, first name, initials, username, or other limited identifier based on the customer’s instructions and privacy settings.

Contact support@magnificentqueens.com promptly with any privacy or posting request.

Promotional Gifts and Complimentary Items

Complimentary gifts, promotional products, and free add-ons:

  • Have no cash redemption value

  • May be substituted with an item of comparable promotional value

  • Are subject to availability

  • May need to be returned when the qualifying order is returned

If a return causes the order to no longer qualify for a promotion, free gift, discount, bundle, or free-shipping threshold, the value of the benefit may be deducted from the refund where permitted.

Discounts and Promotions

Discount codes, promotional offers, and special prices are subject to their published conditions.

Unless expressly stated:

  • Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively

  • Only one discount code may be used per order

  • Discounts may exclude selected products or collections

  • Offers may be modified or withdrawn before an order is placed

  • Cancelled or returned orders do not guarantee restoration of a single-use code

We may cancel or refuse promotional activity that involves abuse, manipulation, duplicate accounts, automation, or fraudulent use.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are subject to any additional conditions displayed at purchase.

Unless required by applicable law:

  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash

  • Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaceable

  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card

  • Refunds for orders paid by gift card may be returned to the original gift-card balance

Customers are responsible for keeping gift-card codes secure.

Customer Reviews and Submitted Content

You may submit reviews, photographs, videos, comments, feedback, suggestions, or other content.

You confirm that submitted content:

  • Is accurate and based on your genuine experience

  • Does not violate another person’s rights

  • Does not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, deceptive, or harmful material

  • Does not contain malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising

  • Does not disclose another person’s private information without permission

When you voluntarily submit content for publication, you grant MagnificentQueens LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and share that content in connection with operating and promoting Magnificent & Queens.

You retain ownership of your original content.

We may remove or decline content that violates these Terms, but we are not obligated to publish every submission.

Intellectual Property

The website and its content—including text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, page designs, icons, and branding—are owned by or licensed to MagnificentQueens LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

You may not, without prior written permission:

  • Copy or republish substantial website content

  • Reproduce product photography for commercial purposes

  • Use our branding to misrepresent affiliation

  • Scrape or systematically extract website information

  • Reverse engineer website features

  • Sell, sublicense, or exploit website content

  • Create misleading copies of our store or product pages

Third-Party Services and Links

The website may contain links to third-party platforms, payment services, shipping providers, social networks, applications, or websites.

Nothing in this section excludes the express commitments contained in our published product descriptions, 30-Day Return & Refund Policy, or 12-Month Limited Warranty.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MagnificentQueens LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including any rights provided by mandatory consumer-protection law.

We are not responsible for losses caused solely by:

  • Incorrect information supplied by the customer

  • Customer misuse or improper care of a product

  • Unauthorized use of the customer’s account or payment method

  • Independent actions of banks, customs authorities, carriers, payment providers, or third-party platforms

  • Events outside our reasonable control

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or fraudulent activity.

This section does not apply to ordinary consumer claims made in good faith.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or customer account where we reasonably believe there has been:

  • Fraud

  • Abuse

  • Unauthorized activity

  • Serious or repeated violation of these Terms

  • Threats to website or payment security

  • Illegal conduct

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

No Waiver

A delay or failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not permanently waive our right to enforce that provision later.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and information incorporated by reference, form the agreement governing your use of the website and purchases from Magnificent & Queens.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to MagnificentQueens LLC in the State of Colorado, United States, without excluding mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s country or region.

Before starting formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact support@magnificentqueens.com so that we can attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

International Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.

Where the laws of the customer’s country or region provide additional rights relating to cancellation, delivery, conformity, repair, replacement, refund, privacy, or dispute resolution, those mandatory rights continue to apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, technology, or legal obligations.

The current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Changes do not retroactively remove rights that arose under an order already accepted, except where required by law.
