14-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.
Please email magnificentqueens@outlook.com with your order number to receive return instructions.

Return Process:
Contact us via email at magnificentqueens@outlook.com to initiate a return request.
If approved, we will provide a return label and shipping instructions. (Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.)

Exchange Policy:
Exchanges can be requested within 14 days of delivery. Email magnificentqueens@outlook.com with your order number for guidance.
Conditions for Exchanges:

• Item must be in resellable condition: unworn/unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Exchanges require returning the original item first. Once approved, you may reorder the new item.

Return Requirements:

• Item must be in resellable condition: unworn/unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Must be returned within 14 days of delivery (late returns will be refused).
• Customer covers return shipping (we cover shipping for the replacement).
• Refund amount equals item price (excluding original shipping fees).
• Customized items, earrings, and sale items are not eligible for exchange.
• Items with signs of wear or damage will be rejected.

Damaged/Defective Items:
All items undergo strict quality checks before shipping. If you encounter any of the following, contact us within 24 hours (with photos):

• Shipping-related damage / Manufacturing defects
• Wrong or defective item received (inspect upon delivery and notify us immediately).
  ※ Claims filed after 24 hours will be considered "buyer-caused damage" and not accepted.

Refund Process:
We will inspect returned items and notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days (bank processing times may vary).

Returned Packages:

• EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
  For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return items within 14 days without reason (items must meet original condition criteria).

Shipping Policy:

• Orders below $59: $8.9 shipping fee
• Orders $59+: Free shipping
  (Actual logistics cost: $8–$25)

Deductions for Returns Due to:

• Incorrect address / Order cancellation by customer
  We will deduct actual shipping costs before refunding the balance (processed after receiving the returned package).
